Payment
We can accept payment at your appointment with card, check, or cash.
Our office provides a patient portal that allows you to view your balance and make secure payments electronically.
No Surprises Act
As of January 1st, 2022, if you are not filing a claim with a health insurance company, when requested, health care providers must provide you with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges prior to you receiving services.
The GFE should include the expected charges for the service along with any additional items or services that are provided as part of that same scheduled encounter.
