Payment
We can accept payment at your appointment with card, check, or cash.
Our office provides a patient portal that allows you to view your balance and make secure payments electronically.
No Surprises Act
As of January 1st, 2022, if you are not filing a claim with a health insurance company, when requested, health care providers must provide you with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges prior to you receiving services. ​
​
The GFE should include the expected charges for the service along with any additional items or services that are provided as part of that same scheduled encounter. ​
